Founded in April 2026 in Chennai, INAE Educational Trust was established as a public charitable trust under Indian law by Dr. Naveen Prasad Loganathan and Dr. D. Priya Dharshini.

The trust was established as a dedicated vessel for institution-building, so that what it builds is governed by its own purpose and its own standards.

Beginning with INAE Preschool, the trust intends to grow into a family of institutions that carry the INAE name and a shared commitment to the quality of their work. The trust gives that ambition the right form: a durable, irrevocable structure designed to outlast its founders.

Dr. Naveen Prasad Loganathan
Dr. Naveen Prasad Loganathan brings two decades of experience within the New Prince Group of Institutions, a Chennai-based educational group founded in 1984. He holds a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Madras and serves as Vice Chairman of the New Prince Group. He is the Founder and Managing Trustee of INAE Educational Trust.
Dr. D. Priya Dharshini
Dr. D. Priya Dharshini is a Developmental Paediatrician based in Chennai. She serves as Trustee of INAE Educational Trust.
